How does work?

  1. Open a new ticket providing your contact info and as much detail about your issue as possible. (There is an initial signup process, just follow the directions as they pop up.)

  2. Our team will review your ticket, determine the service level and send you an invoice via our website.

  3. You pay the invoice using PayPal or a credit card and we begin your support case.
