Support Offered

Some problems are bigger than others, so not everyone needs the same level of support.  That’s why we offer 3 different levels of service depending on your needs.

  • Level 1 – is for those simple issues (or how to’s) that can be handled entirely by email.

  • Level 2 – is for when you need a bit more help with remote control access to your system.

  • Level 3 – when you have issues with programming or scripts that require us to diagnose in our lab.

Supported versions of Scala are:

Scala Enterprise (the most current offering from Scala)

Scala InfoChannel 5 (IC5)

Scala InfoChannel 3 (IC3)
